Returned merchandise must be received by H&M Valley Ranch within 10 business days for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same method as it was purchased - check, credit card, debit, or money order. All refunds are returned to H&M Valley Ranch Store, 5013 CR 2980 HWY U, Willow Springs, Mo. 65793. Customer is responsible for shipping charges that occur unless other arrangements are made with H&M Valley Ranch and the customer.
